The University Logistics Lead – BAU is a key leadership role within the UniCoders university team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all on-ground logistics and event operations inside Al-Balqa Applied University

This role serves as the operational backbone of UniCoders activities, ensuring that every event is delivered with precision, professionalism, and a high-quality experience for attendees.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to transform ideas into well-executed events, while managing logistics, coordinating resources, and leading on-ground operations.

This position requires a high level of responsibility, commitment, and the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments.

• Must be a current student at Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU)
• Must NOT be an active member in any student club, team, or organization
• Must have sufficient availability and flexibility for event execution
• Previous experience in event organization, logistics, or coordination is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Lead the execution of all UniCoders events inside Al-Balqa Applied University
• Plan and manage event logistics, including venues, materials, and setup
• Coordinate with team members and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee on-ground execution and ensure events run according to plan
• Act as the main point of contact during events for operational matters
• Handle unexpected challenges and provide immediate solutions
• Contribute to improving logistics processes and event workflows

This role requires full commitment and focus; therefore, applicants must not be actively involved in other student clubs or teams.

The Flutter Mobile Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

This role involves building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications that align with UniCoders’ technical standards and product vision. The developer will collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, writes clean and maintainable code, and is capable of transforming requirements into fully functional applications.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable app architectures
• Integrate APIs and backend services efficiently
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and stability
• Ensure code quality through best practices and proper documentation
• Participate in planning, reviewing, and improving development processes
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter and mobile development

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a plus
• Familiarity with backend technologies (such as Laravel or Node.js) is an advantage
• UI/UX sensitivity and attention to detail are highly valued
• Candidates who have previously worked on real-world projects or freelance applications will be preferred
